The Annual Meeting of Stockholders of GP Strategies Corporation will be held on December 11, 2008, at 10:30 AM local time at the Westin Baltimore Washington Airport (BWI), 1110 Old Elkridge Landing Road, Baltimore, Maryland. A notice of the annual meeting along with the proxy statement will be mailed to stockholders of record as of the close of business on October 31, 2008.
