French "Droit Individuel à la Formation" and Training Requirements

In addition to the standard GP offerings, General Physics France provides its France-based customers with consulting and support in implementing:

• The "Droit Individuel à la Formation" (DIF)
  • Implementation within the training department and across the company
  • Design and deployment of specific tools and solutions to support the overall process
  • Interfacing of DIF-related tools with existing training tools or learning management system (LMS)
• Administration of the "Formation Professionnelle Continue"
  • Company record management (CIF, Plan de Formation, Alternance, Périodes de Professionnalisation, etc.) and training tax declarations creation (forms 2483 and 2486)
